Supply, fabrication, and installation of a cantilevered steel staircase for a residential property, constructed from structural steel sections of suitable dimensions in accordance with approved drawings and on-site measurements. The staircase shall include all necessary supports, welds, fixings, and anchoring systems required to ensure structural stability and safe operation.

Stair Railing

Supply, fabrication, and installation of a steel stair railing consisting of two vertical balusters per step, side-mounted to the staircase structure. The railing shall include a continuous top handrail and all required brackets, fasteners, and fixing accessories to provide a secure and durable installation.

Finish

• Surface preparation and cleaning of all steel components.
• Application of anti-corrosion primer.
• Powder coating in the client’s selected color, or hot-dip galvanizing where specified.
• Final inspection and adjustment upon completion.
